The workshop you have all been waiting for!
Many of you have seen the purse I made in July, well guess what!!! Now you too can have your very own handmade perfect purse!
Workshop will be held at 2:00pm at the Lord Of Life located at:
5051 Pleasant Valley Road
Brighton MI 48114
Choose your favorite level 1 paper pack and register by November 23rd. Cost is $25.00 and a portion of the proceeds will go to JDRF!
AND For an additional 10.00 JDRF donation, you can join us for the JDRF Crop. See below.
I have a friend coming with a laminator for this workshop.

We had so much fun at last months JDRF Crop we are doing it again!!!
Come and enjoy a day with other crafters! It will run from 9am-6pm and include beverages, a light breakfast and lunch. The donation is $20 to JDRF and is tax-deductible.

Lord of the Life is such a great place for a crop. It is roomy, bright, great lighting, and lots of table space. Join us for a fun day of catching up on those Scrapbook pages, finishing Christmas cards, or working on those holiday gifts.

Hi Everyone,
Happy Fall! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful fall colors and wasn't it beautiful today!?
I am getting back in the swing of things after returning for the Boyne Highland Crop. What a great weekend it was! We were super busy, did classes, make n takes and had lots of customers visit our booth! I just love this crop! They do such a nice job with this event and I have met so many wonderful friends! The next one is in May. If you are looking for a fun girls weekend, you will love this crop. I will include a link in my events section, check it out. :-)
I am so excited for fall, and it surely isn't for the cold weather! Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the colors, and it is also my favorite time with Close To My Heart. There are always so many fun things happening and it is time to start making those handmade holiday gifts! Christmas Card Workshop

25 beautiful cards for less than a $1.00 a card and a ton of fun!
Join us for the third annual Christmas Card Workshop. We always have so much fun; you won't want to miss out! What a treat this day will be!
When: November 21st 6:00pm in Howell
Cost: $20.00 per person (cash, check or credit card). Registration due by November 8.
Includes:
-Paper pack and bling to make cards - guest will keep left over supplies for making additional cards, layouts or holiday gifts.
- Snacks, beverages and sweet treats included
Details: Each person will make 25 beautiful handmade cards with holiday bling! Guests should bring paper cutter, adhesive, scissors, and basic stamping supplies. (Note: I will have these supplies on hand for use as well) We will learn some fun techniques, make beautiful cards, listen to holiday music and have a jolly time! Halloween Picture Ideas!
|
|
Use props to make a great photo - pumpkin, straw, gourds, or fall leaves.
Make sure to take photos of the loot! Let your kids sort by color, size,
type, etc. Take photos of them arranging the candy from low, close angles.
Try taking photos early in the day, before the kids are tired.
(even if that means putting on the costume twice).
Applying facepaint? have someone capture you applying the designs
to those earnest cheeks!

Hi my name is Valerie Black and I am addicted to scrapbooking. It started with my love of picture taking and wanting a way to share these wonderful pictures with others. About 10 years ago I was introduced to scrapbooking and I become obsessed with it. :-)About 4 years ago I was introduced to Close To My Heart products. I never thought I would be a stamper until I used CTMH clear stamps. I started with the alphabets. I quickly learned the benefits of the stamps vs. stickers. I could buy the set once and I could make it any color I wanted and decorated it however I needed to match my layouts. I was hooked! I had to have it all. A friend told me I could get free products by becoming a consultant and earn extra money too!
More than I ever thought possible has come true since becoming a Close To My Heart Consultant. I would love to share with you our complete line of quality scrapbooking and stamping products.
